PM Brain Connector (Claude)
Connect PM Brain in Claude so any session can search the knowledge base — including everything pushed in from Missive (emails, notes, and attachments). The connector is installed at the organization level, so for most people it shows up automatically — you just connect and go.

Before you start
- Download the Claude desktop app (recommended) so Claude can access your local files.
- Log in with your team account — the org-level connector is tied to it.
Step 1 — Open Connectors
- In the left side panel, click Customize.
- Go to Connectors.
- PM Brain should already be listed — it's installed at the organization level.
Step 2 — Connect & authorize
- Click Connect on PM Brain.
- A Google sign-in opens — log into Google (it carries you through if you're already signed in).
- Authorize the PM Brain MCP — click Allow.
- PM Brain now shows Connected.
If it isn't listed, click the +, choose Browse, and search for PM Brain. Add it — it'll land in the Not connected area, then click Connect as above.
Step 3 — Use it in a task

Start a New Task.

Ask Claude to use it, e.g.:
Use PM Brain and show me the latest information. -
On the first run, Claude finds the connector and installs it into your session, so it takes a little time.

Approve the permission prompt with "Allow for all tasks." If you only allow once (or per task), Claude keeps asking — Allow for all tasks stops the repeated prompts.

Claude returns the matching records — e.g. a pool service contract / the Aquarius service report for Manning saved from Missive. Click a record to view the source email in Missive.
Rename the task to PM Brain and pin it, so it's always there and you can keep asking it
questions. Anything fed into PM Brain becomes searchable from this one place.
